Account Executive – French Market

About the role

Join Choco to help modernise food distributors across France. You will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreement, driving adoption of Choco’s AI‑powered SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through product demos, negotiation, and close.
• Build your own pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, industry events, field visits, and existing networks.
• Run compelling demos of Choco’s AI‑powered solutions, linking product capabilities to customer challenges.
• Lead commercial conversations, understand distributor operations, and build a clear case for change.
• Manage diverse sales cycles, adapting strategy for family‑run suppliers to complex multi‑stakeholder organisations.
• Share customer insights and test new approaches to continuously improve the sales playbook.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client onboarding and feedback loops.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software sales experience, progressing from SDR/BDR to Account Executive.
• Consistent over‑achievement of sales quotas and self‑sourced pipeline targets.
• Fluency in French and English (C1+).
• Proven ability to manage mid‑market, value‑based sales cycles and drive long‑term partnership growth.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver complex solutions to sophisticated business customers.
