Account Manager

About the role

Carbon Global Limited is seeking an Account Manager to join its hybrid team in Farringdon, London. You will act as the primary liaison between innovative marketing and communication agencies and their prospective global brand partners, arranging high‑level appointments and supporting client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients professionally through outreach on phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Book and manage a consistent volume of qualified meetings each week.
• Prepare detailed briefing notes and lead client meetings to build rapport and trust.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Client Success Manager and Team Assistant to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, log conversations, and respond to emails promptly.

Required profile

• Highly organised and attentive to client needs.
• Proven experience in managing and nurturing relationships.
• Confident in reaching out to new leads and introducing client services.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
