Marketing Manager

About the role

CK International is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join the senior leadership team. Based at the head office in Dungannon, you will shape and execute the company’s communication strategy across multiple channels, driving brand awareness and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the brand value proposition internally and externally.
• Develop sales‑enablement materials that position the company as a preferred partner.
• Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using agreed tools.
• Define and maintain a web strategy, ensuring the website is optimised and current.
• Design and run marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content and offline channels, adhering to budget and timelines.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends.
• Support internal communications on company direction and activities.
• Provide responsive, customised solutions to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably as the sole marketer in a small company.
• 2‑3+ years of B2B Marketing Manager experience.
• Broad experience across direct marketing, PR, website development, events, and both online and print campaigns.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as HubSpot CMS.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
