Account Manager – Media & Entertainment Advertising

About the role

Roku is seeking an Account Manager to drive advertising solutions for brands across Mexico, working closely with the UK ad sales team. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and Roku’s campaign delivery teams, translating advertising objectives into data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for advertisers and agencies, managing campaign lifecycle from planning to billing.
• Proactively manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with ad operations and business operations teams to activate and optimise campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in developing strategic advertising solutions that meet client goals.
