Account Manager – Paid Media (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing agency in Maldon. You will own client relationships and drive high‑quality paid media campaigns across paid social and search, working in a supportive hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, optimise and report on paid media campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance, make optimisation recommendations and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful campaign execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow client relationships.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a media or performance‑marketing agency.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Proactive communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Knowledge of programmatic media is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta advertising platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok advertising platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Familiarity with programmatic media tools.
