E-Commerce Manager

About the role

PerfectDraft, a fast‑growing business within AB InBev UK, is seeking an E‑Commerce Manager to own the PerfectDraft website. You will ensure the site delivers an outstanding consumer experience while supporting commercial, promotional and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily website trading and merchandising, executing promotional plans across the site.
• Manage product listings, pricing, availability and promotional messaging to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive optimisation using customer, trading and behavioural data to increase conversion and engagement.
• Lead testing and optimisation initiatives from business case through implementation and performance review.
• Define and report website KPIs, trends and test results to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Technology and European e‑commerce teams to translate campaigns into effective online experiences.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to optimise commercial and consumer‑centric strategies.
• General‑manager mindset with willingness to take ownership beyond the core role.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on executional excellence.
