Account Manager – Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Partnerships Associate to join our fast‑growing conveyancing business. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will build and nurture referral relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers to drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and convert estate agents and mortgage brokers into active referral partners.
• Explain our residential conveyancing services, scope of work and expectations to partners.
• Maintain regular communication, handle queries and escalations as the primary relationship manager.
• Monitor referral performance, lead flow and conversion rates against weekly and monthly targets.
• Gather partner feedback and continuously improve the referral process.

Required profile

• Relationship‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Confident speaking with external partners and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Able to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Target‑driven, motivated by results and organised in approach.
• Experience working with estate agents, mortgage brokers or referral‑led partnerships in the conveyancing or real‑estate sector.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £28,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings of £38,000 in the first year, with commission growth as relationships mature.
