Account Manager – UK (Birmingham)

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage client relationships for its construction and heavy‑machinery portfolio in the United Kingdom, based in Birmingham. The role combines field visits, sales planning and commercial negotiation to drive regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit end‑customers and partner companies, creating and maintaining up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system.
• Develop public relations and build reliable relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify business opportunities, follow up on orders and support financing and collection activities.
• Gather project information, promote sales, and analyse competitor data.
• Co‑create sales and implementation plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to meet regional business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the UK construction and heavy‑machinery market (excavators, cranes, forklifts, etc.).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering (mechanical/electrical), international business or a related field.
• Driving licence is mandatory.
• Responsibility, good communication and the ability to coordinate with leasing partners are preferred.
