Account Manager – Workplace Pensions (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Account Manager to lead the administration of workplace pension schemes for our clients. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our North London office.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of workplace pension schemes, including processing new entrants, leavers and retirees.
• Update and process monthly pension schedules and upload them to provider platforms.
• Handle risk claims related to death, health and disability.
• Arrange group client appointments, process renewals and compile annual client reviews.
• Prepare scheme reports, attend client meetings and provide timely communication to clients.
• Offer administrative support to advisers and consultants via phone, email and written correspondence.
• Research products and providers, and deliver technical support on scheme updates and legislative changes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of auto‑enrolment regulations and corporate pension products.
• Detect and resolve issues, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and providers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in pension administration or a similar financial services role.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Excellent communication abilities and a client‑focused mindset.
• Good understanding of auto‑enrolment legislation and corporate pension schemes.
