Accounts Receivable Specialist – Luxury Fashion Brand (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team of a prestigious international luxury fashion brand in Central London. The role is part‑time (three days per week) on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, offering exposure to a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Daily review and posting of sales reports and bank receipts from multiple payment streams.
• Reconcile sales reports against bank receipts and investigate variances.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Monitor and review the aged receivables ledger.
• Manage charge‑back enquiries from card merchant providers.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reports as required.
• Provide general finance and administrative support to the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable within a finance function.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly detail‑oriented, reliable and conscientious.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and confidence representing a luxury brand.
• Willingness to travel for initial training and onboarding.
