About the role
A Global Loss Adjusting Organisation is seeking an experienced and talented Claims Handler (Adjusting Executive) to join their successful Domestic Major Loss team in Glasgow.
Key responsibilities
- Support Loss Adjusters throughout the handling of major loss claims.
- Provide first‑class customer service to customers, clients and colleagues.
- Proactively manage claims to conclusion and ensure client‑specific service level criteria are met.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Claims Handler in major loss or insurance environments.
- Technical aptitude to support loss adjusters in claim processing.
- Strong ability to manage claims proactively and meet service level agreements.
