Administrative Assistant – Office Support in London

About the role
This role provides day‑to‑day administrative support to the UK team of a leading insurance company. You will manage diaries, coordinate travel, process expenses and assist with document preparation in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, arrange travel and process expense claims for the UK team.
- Prepare, format, print and file documents, and handle general office administration.
- Provide ad‑hoc remote administrative assistance to overseas offices under guidance.
- Support compliance and reporting, maintain logs, gather KYC documentation and conduct conflict checks.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders and maintain stock levels.
- Update the company Salesforce platform with contacts, marketing events and project data.
- Assist multiple stakeholders across the business in a professional and efficient manner.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, team assistant or office support role.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Motivated team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous legal or professional services experience is beneficial but not essential.
