ADT Operator (CPCS) – HS2 Project

About the role

Skyblue Solutions is seeking an experienced ADT Operator to work on the high‑profile HS2 civil engineering project. The role involves operating an articulated dump truck safely within a live construction environment, transporting materials and supporting site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an ADT safely and efficiently on a large civil infrastructure site.
• Transport materials across the site in line with plans and instructions.
• Support wider site operations within the live HS2 environment.
• Collaborate closely with site management, plant coordinators and groundworks teams.
• Carry out daily plant checks and promptly report any defects.
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Blue CPCS – ADT certification (essential).
• Proven experience operating ADTs on major civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work long shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
