AI & Automation Capability Coach – Level 4

About the role

Corndel is seeking an AI & Automation Capability Coach (Level 4) to help learners become confident automation specialists. You will guide them in designing, building and deploying AI‑powered workflows that deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor learners through one‑to‑one sessions and workshops.
• Support learners in building low‑code and no‑code automations using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Demonstrate best practices in workflow design, testing, documentation and ethical AI use.
• Troubleshoot and guide learners on real‑world automation challenges.
• Assist with portfolio development and End Point Assessment readiness.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, AI Builder and Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into functional automations.
• Confidence in troubleshooting automation workflows and integrations.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy and security.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical learners.
