AI Coach – Guide Apprentices in AI & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an AI Coach to support up to 42 apprentices in the IT, Tech and Digital sector. You will use your industry knowledge to deliver workshops, one‑to‑one coaching and progress monitoring, helping learners achieve their qualifications and career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 42 learners, supporting skills, knowledge and behaviour development.
• Facilitate technical workshops and personal development micro‑teaches.
• Evaluate and maintain high‑quality programme standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with learners, employers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain training plans, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to programme improvement and learner engagement.

Required profile

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, AET) or equivalent experience in the digital/apprenticeship sector.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Business Analysis or Digital Transformation programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Flexible, resilient and logical problem‑solver.
• Confident using IT systems and databases.
