About the role
We are seeking an experienced educator to support AI‑related initiatives focused on education and school workflows. This remote, project‑based position involves designing rubric‑style prompts for large language models and evaluating their outputs to improve educational AI systems.
Key responsibilities
- Support AI‑related work centered on education and school processes.
- Design rubric‑style LLM prompts and evaluate AI‑generated outputs.
- Create and review structured evaluation tasks related to curriculum, instruction, and learning design.
- Assess model reasoning, educational accuracy, and instructional quality.
- Contribute expertise to enhance AI systems used in educational contexts.
Required profile
- Experience as an educator, curriculum designer, or instructional designer.
- Prior experience with Mercor rubric‑style tasks preferred.
- Strong understanding of educational practices, curriculum development, or instructional systems.
- Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses.
- Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
