AI Software Engineer – Firebase & GCP (lead role)

About the role

An exceptional opportunity to join an early‑stage AI start‑up as a hands‑on lead engineer. You will help build a workflow and intelligence platform powered by agentic AI, multimodal analysis and domain‑specific insight, with a clear path to a future CTO role.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end architecture on Firebase, integrating Claude API and other LLM services.
• Ensure security, performance and scalability of the platform using GCP services.
• Translate well‑defined specifications and prototypes (e.g., Replit) into production‑grade code.
• Lead the creation of the engineering function: hiring, structuring teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Progress into the CTO role as the product and team scale.

Required profile

• Deep expertise with Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Run, Auth, Security Rules) in production environments.
• Proven experience building and deploying complex AI applications using large language models and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with vector‑database technologies such as pgvector, ChromaDB or Pinecone is a plus.
