Amazon Marketplace Manager

About the role

We are partnering with an ambitious direct‑to‑consumer brand to hire an Amazon Marketplace Manager who will take full commercial ownership of the Amazon sales channel. You will be the in‑house expert, driving revenue, profitability and long‑term growth across Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance, growth and profitability of the Amazon channel.
• Develop and execute the Amazon trading and growth strategy.
• Manage Amazon account health and Seller Central performance.
• Partner with the Amazon team to optimise PPC, SEO and advertising.
• Monitor and improve metrics such as revenue, margin, TACoS, conversion and Buy Box.
• Optimise pricing, promotions, listings and catalogue performance.
• Align stock availability with trading plans alongside Supply Chain.
• Produce regular trading reports, analysis and commercial recommendations.
• Act as the internal Amazon expert, sharing best practice across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central in a retail, ecommerce or DTC environment.
• Track record of growing Amazon sales profitably.
• Experience managing Amazon PPC and working with external agencies.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget, revenue and performance ownership.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn data into action.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with confidence to influence stakeholders.
