Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

ISOQAR is a UKAS‑accredited certification body helping organisations achieve their highest potential through ISO certification, training and consultancy. We are looking for an experienced Inbound Enterprise Account Executive to manage enquiries from large enterprise customers and guide them through certification and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries from enterprise‑level customers, delivering a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and submit high‑quality tender responses via client and third‑party portals, meeting all compliance requirements and deadlines.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals that address client needs and position ISOQAR competitively.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospective clients’ certification, compliance and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define suitable products, services and audit approaches, and accurately scope audit durations.
• Maintain a structured pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow‑up and detailed record‑keeping of all interactions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and respond to tenders or RFPs.
• Strong proposal‑writing and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
