Appian Specialist

About the role

BABEL is expanding its Hyperautomation team and is looking for Appian specialists at various seniority levels. You will work on designing, building, and maintaining low‑code BPM solutions that help clients accelerate their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications and processes using the Appian platform.
• Design scalable, business‑oriented technical solutions.
• Participate in functional analysis, requirements definition and solution design.
• Provide support, maintenance and continuous improvement for existing applications.
• Collaborate with technical, functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, best‑practice guidelines and technical governance (senior roles).
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members (Tech Lead/Architect roles).

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in developing solutions with Appian.
• Ability to work in collaborative, client‑focused environments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Interest in automation, BPM and digital transformation.
• Technical background (e.g., Computer Engineering, Telecommunications) is valued.

Required skills

• Appian platform development.
• Low‑code BPM design.
• API integration and solution architecture.
• Understanding of automation and digital transformation concepts.
• Appian certification (preferred).
