About the role

As an Apple Retail Specialist you will create brand loyalty and turn customers into proud owners of Apple products and services. You will work in a dynamic store environment, delivering a customer experience that reflects Apple’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant Apple products and services.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Apple product features, purchase options, and sales processes.
• Educate customers on how to get the most out of their Apple devices.
• Support teammates by sharing product knowledge and assisting in sales opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidance.
• Perform additional store duties as needed, including customer support in other areas.
• Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity.

Required profile

• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays according to business needs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow scheduled shifts.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
