Applied AI Transformation Manager - Europe

About the role

As an Applied AI Transformation Manager you will act as a technically‑oriented strategic advisor, helping Europe‑based enterprise customers unlock value from Cognition’s AI platform. You will partner with senior leaders to define productivity and financial impact targets, and guide the end‑to‑end delivery of agentic AI programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and report AI‑driven value targets for customer productivity and cost savings.
• Design and implement operating and delivery models for enterprise‑wide agentic AI deployments.
• Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics and value metrics across the account.
• Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment.
• Build centers of excellence within accounts and deliver tailored enablement programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior and functional leaders, managing program delivery and reporting.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm with a focus on value targeting, technology strategy and client relationship building.
• 2+ years experience in a customer‑facing role at a fast‑moving startup (preferred).
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
