Business Analyst – Business Improvement (Hybrid, Belfast)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Business Improvement department at Fibrus, supporting the delivery of projects and programmes by investigating business functions, processes, data structures and information flows.

Key responsibilities

• Support the department in delivering projects and programmes through analysis of business functions, processes, data structures and information flows.
• Investigate operational issues, propose effective business solutions and specify data objects that align with business needs.
• Produce business analysis deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents, Specification Documents, Test Plans and Support Scripts.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and document process flows.
• Work in an agile Scrum team and collaborate with the Business Improvement manager to define, document and implement best practices.

Required profile

• High concentration and strong eye for detail.
• Self‑motivated with a customer‑value work ethic.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting functional and non‑functional system requirements.
• Ability to own workstreams, plan and track delivery effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
