Architect – Design Practice (1-6 years experience)

About the role

10 Design is seeking architects with strong design expertise and 1 to 6 years of post‑qualification experience to join its London studio. You will work on a diverse portfolio ranging from large‑scale masterplans to individual buildings, contributing to mixed‑use, retail, hospitality, residential, research, science, civic and cultural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed solutions for a variety of project types.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project delivery.
• Participate in technical design and construction stages where required.
• Produce high‑standard work on both large and smaller schemes.

Required profile

• 1‑6 years post‑qualification experience in an architecture or design‑led practice.
• Experience on UK or international projects; Middle‑East experience is a plus.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality designs regardless of project scale.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
