Architectural Technologist

About the role

Join a vibrant, 55‑person practice that delivers architecture, masterplanning and interior design services from a modern, centrally located studio. As an Architectural Technologist you will work on residential, commercial and education projects from stage 3 onward, producing high‑quality technical information and moving designs to the next development stage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical documentation and construction packages for a variety of sectors.
• Prepare tender and construction packages with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit.
• Ensure all work adheres to current construction legislation and standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to progress projects from concept to construction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Excellent detailing skills and a thorough understanding of construction legislation.
• Competent in producing tender and construction documentation.
