Area Compliance / Supervision Manager – North West

About the role

We are seeking an Area Compliance / Supervision Manager for the North West region of PRIMIS Mortgage Network. The role combines field‑based supervision with remote support to ensure mortgage advisors meet regulatory and internal standards while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with in‑house and regulator procedures for appointed representatives.
• Coach, monitor and produce performance reports for advisors, creating individual training and development plans.
• Identify improvement areas, conduct risk assessments and audit advisors’ competence and procedures.
• Develop and communicate action plans, track deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate training delivery in partnership with the PRIMAS training team.
• Supervise advisors according to the approved training and competence scheme.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience within the mortgage industry, specifically in mortgage and protection compliance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent); Equity Release qualification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and ability to apply them in a fast‑paced environment.

• Salary between £38,000 and £42,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
