Area Manager – Multi‑site Retail Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Area Manager to lead a portfolio of sites for a globally recognised consumer brand. The role involves coaching managers, driving commercial performance and using data to improve results in a fast‑paced customer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple sites, ensuring high‑performing teams.
• Coach and mentor site managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
• Analyse commercial data to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Implement strategies to improve sales, profitability and customer experience.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the region.

Required profile

• Multi‑site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector, or a graduate with a structured leadership programme.
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambition to build a long‑term leadership career.
