Head of Institutional & Corporate Sales, Europe & America

About the role

The Head of Institutional & Corporate Sales for Europe & America will lead ANZ's Institutional & Corporate Sales franchise across the region. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships and deliver strategic business outcomes for a diverse portfolio of institutional and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team across Europe and America, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients, delivering income and product sales turnover.
• Provide holistic client coverage with tailored solutions for funding, liquidity, FX, interest‑rate risk and broader strategic needs.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and product teams to identify wallet opportunities and deliver value‑added solutions.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle from origination to execution, including pitching, structuring, pricing and documentation.
• Build senior client relationships as a trusted advisor for both routine and event‑driven situations.
• Collaborate across Markets, Client Solutions and Relationship Banking to maximise franchise value.

Required profile

• Extensive financial markets sales experience with a strong track record of client relationship building at C‑suite and treasury levels across Europe and the US.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, change management and ability to develop and empower teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform in a fast‑changing market environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external partners.
