Key responsibilities

• Drive high standards of customer care and ensure satisfaction indices meet company targets.
• Achieve agreed financial, profit and volume targets through effective team resource management.
• Manage aftersales processes and systems in line with dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Aftersales Manager in meeting company purpose, principles and ambition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service or aftersales management within the motor trade.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on meeting financial targets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Understanding of compliance and legislative requirements in automotive aftersales.
