About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our flagship fashion store in Central London. You will help drive sales, shape the visual presentation, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and lead a high‑performance team to deliver outstanding service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring KPIs.
- Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and store operations.
- Analyse sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain the brand’s luxury image through meticulous store presentation.
Required profile
- Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Strong sales‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Passionate about people development and customer service.
