Assistant Manager – London Bridge (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our London Bridge restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver the high‑quality, fresh‑food experience Honest Burgers is known for, while supporting a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily shifts, ensuring smooth service and staff coverage.
• Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training and coaching of team members.
• Support compliance reporting and operational documentation.
• Drive sales growth through continuous service and performance improvements.

Required profile

• Passion for “old‑school hospitality” and fresh food.
• Strong desire to develop leadership skills and progress to General Manager.
• Commitment to fostering a loyal, inclusive and positive workplace.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate shift schedules.
• Basic understanding of sales performance metrics.
