Area Manager – Multi‑Site Restaurant Operations

About the role

Take ownership of a growing multi‑site restaurant territory and lead teams to deliver outstanding people, customer, sales and profit performance. You will shape performance, develop high‑performing teams and support the continued expansion of the network across Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Uxbridge and Wandsworth.

Key responsibilities

• People leadership and development – create a people‑first culture, coach restaurant leaders and manage recruitment, onboarding and performance.
• Operational excellence – ensure high standards through systems, processes, routines and compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations.
• Commercial and P&L performance – analyse restaurant and area financials, identify trends and drive sales and profit growth.
• Business growth and planning – set stretch goals, lead strategy projects and support expansion of the restaurant network.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams across multiple sites in a fast‑service or similar environment.
• Strong people‑management and coaching skills with ability to develop talent.
• Commercially minded with solid financial management and P&L understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
