Assistant Manager – Transfer Pricing

About the role

Join a leading global professional services firm as an Assistant Manager in Transfer Pricing. You will work with multinational clients, helping them design and implement transfer pricing strategies that meet business objectives and comply with international tax rules.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed economic and financial analyses, including IP valuations, intercompany pricing and debt capacity assessments.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports for clients.
• Support clients with transfer pricing planning, compliance and controversy matters.
• Collaborate with tax, legal and finance teams across borders.
• Assist in developing proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related discipline (Bachelor’s required; advanced degree or ACA/CTA/CFA a plus).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in transfer pricing or international tax within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
