About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Studio Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of our boutique fitness studio in Clapham. You will work closely with the Studio Manager, leading the Front of House team, coaching staff and ensuring every member enjoys a premium experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Front of House activities, greeting members and handling enquiries.
- Coach and develop a small team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Maintain studio standards, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
- Assist the Studio Manager with scheduling, reporting and operational tasks.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and uphold company policies.
Required profile
- Passion for fitness and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, member‑focused environment.
