About the role
Barista at Costa Coffee, we craft great coffee and memorable experiences. As a Barista, you’ll bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. We also offer flexible shifts to suit both your needs and the store’s.
Key responsibilities
- Serve great coffee and deliver an energising customer experience
- Master the menu and maintain high standards
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly
- Work collaboratively as a team player to make the store the best it can be
Required profile
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Accountability and pride in delivering quality
- A calm, composed approach and great communication skills
- A genuine people focus and enthusiasm for working with others
