Associate, Client Services – French Speaker

About the role

Third Bridge is looking for a motivated Associate to join its Client Services team in London. You will be at the centre of the business, connecting investors and business leaders with industry experts to deliver timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cold‑call and engage experts across a range of sectors to secure their time for client calls.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects, understanding client needs and scheduling high‑calibre expert interviews under tight deadlines.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge’s suite of services, including the content library, surveys and advisory solutions.
• Maintain multiple client and expert pipelines simultaneously while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Business‑level fluency in French (written and oral, C1 or higher).
• Strong communication skills and confidence to start conversations on the phone.
• Competitive, ambitious and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Leadership or extracurricular experience that demonstrates initiative.
