About the Role

Main Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Manage and expand a diverse portfolio including individuals, trustees, partnerships, and family businesses.
• Strategic Advisory: Lead complex tax planning projects and provide high-level technical consultancy to meet client objectives.
• Business Development: Proactively identify new market opportunities and contribute to the firm's commercial growth.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff, ensuring high-quality work through rigorous review and effective resource planning.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to provide integrated solutions that address holistic client needs.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee project lifecycles, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring compliance with firm standards and values.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Private Client Tax or high-level wealth management advisory.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business development and client retention.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop professional teams.
• Exceptional technical expertise in tax legislation and complex financial structures.
