About the role
The Elizabeth School of London is seeking an Associate Lecturer/Lecturer to deliver Business & Management programmes with a focus on Operations and Innovation. You will join a diverse academic team and contribute to high‑quality teaching for foundation and undergraduate students on our Birmingham campus.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars and workshops across Operations Management, Project Management, Innovation and Enterprise.
- Develop and maintain module‑specific Scheme of Work and teaching materials.
- Assess student work, provide timely formative feedback and ensure compliance with awarding body specifications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curricula and contribute to research activities.
- Participate in training, shadowing and professional development programmes.
Required profile
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Relevant academic qualifications and experience in Business & Management, preferably with a focus on Operations or Innovation.
- Ability to support students from diverse backgrounds and promote inclusive learning.
- Commitment to the university’s mission of widening participation and student satisfaction.

What we offer
- Competitive salary £28,000‑£42,000 per annum.
- Full‑time permanent position (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm) with occasional weekend flexibility.
