Audit Senior – Chartered Accountancy Firm

About the role

TPF Recruitment is representing a well‑established chartered accountancy firm in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The firm serves high‑net‑worth individuals, SMEs, charities, regulated industries and agriculture, and is looking for an Audit Senior to join a busy external audit team.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake external audits and assurance assignments across corporates, charities and independent schools.
• Produce accounts and prepare tax computations as part of audit engagements.
• Work on‑site at client premises throughout the Southeast and Southwest.
• Respond to client queries promptly and maintain audit quality standards.
• Apply professional scepticism, risk focus and judgment to deliver efficient audits.
• Manage own workload, meet deadlines and budgets, and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of audit experience in a professional practice.
• ACA or ACCA qualified or part‑qualified.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
