Bar Staff – Pub Service Role

About the role

Join a friendly team at PubRitz in Lincoln to serve food and drinks in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Deliver food, perform check‑backs, and clear plates within required timeframes.
• Provide warm, courteous customer interactions and promote promotions and events.
• Maintain cleanliness standards: clear tables, wipe surfaces, conduct toilet checks, and perform glass‑washing and restocking duties.
• Assist in all areas of the pub, including the beer garden and floor service, as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Calm under pressure and willing to learn new skills.
• Friendly, customer‑focused and able to work flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.81 (plus £1 extra per hour for midnight‑5:59 am shifts).
