About the role
We are looking for a skilled Barbering Lecturer to join our client’s educational team in West London on a part‑time, temporary basis. The role involves delivering Levels 1‑3 barbering courses, combining practical demonstrations with theoretical instruction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Levels 1‑3 barbering students.
- Prepare lesson materials that align with curriculum standards.
- Demonstrate barbering techniques including cutting, styling and wet shaving.
- Assess student progress through practical and written evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in Barbering & Wet Shave.
- Proven experience as a barbering instructor or extensive industry experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to inspire and support learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
