About the role

Join a fast‑paced Sainsbury’s store as a Beauty Expert, where you’ll be the go‑to person for customers seeking the latest beauty products. You’ll help create an inviting shopping environment while delivering knowledgeable, friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up and position a range of beauty brands to maximise visual appeal.
• Collect stock from the warehouse and replenish the department as needed.
• Develop strong product knowledge to give accurate recommendations and promote promotions.
• Work flexibly across the store, assisting customers and maintaining a clean, clutter‑free environment.
• Provide impartial advice on a wide variety of beauty items, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Friendly, welcoming attitude with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Enjoys a high‑energy, physical retail environment and thrives as part of a team.
• Shows initiative, takes ownership of tasks and solves problems independently.
• Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and technology.
