Beauty Specialist – Retail

About the role

As a Boots Beauty Specialist you will be the go‑to expert for skincare, makeup and haircare in one of our vibrant Beauty Halls. You’ll build trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs and guide them to premium and luxury products that truly work.

Key responsibilities

• Offer unbiased recommendations across all premium and luxury beauty brands.
• Meet team sales targets – no individual commission pressure.
• Create memorable, confidence‑building customer experiences.
• Promote new product launches, offers and in‑store campaigns.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked beauty hall and counters.
• Develop expertise through brand training, online learning and events.
• Contribute to social content, in‑store events and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, haircare and helping people feel their best.
• Confident in approaching customers, starting conversations and building connections.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Clear communicator who can understand customer needs.
• Curious and proactive about learning new techniques and products.
