Seasonal Sales Assistant & Party Host (Retail)

About the role

Lush Southampton is building its 2026 Christmas sales team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Seasonal Sales Assistants and Party Hosts. You will be the friendly face of the store, creating memorable experiences for customers during the busiest time of the year.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Distribute tailored samples and engage customers in in‑store events.
• Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and seasonal display changes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and drive repeat visits.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting with customers and creating meaningful connections.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, busy retail environment.
• Available for flexible shifts, including full weekends, Boxing Day and Christmas Eve.
• Open to receiving and acting on team feedback.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge and ability to convey benefits clearly.
• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to maintain store presentation standards.
