BeyondTrust SME (Privileged Access Management) Contractor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BeyondTrust Subject Matter Expert to provide hands‑on administration and operational support for our Privileged Access Management platform. You will help transition the service into business‑as‑usual operations and work closely with operational teams on knowledge transfer and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the BeyondTrust platform, including Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access and Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Facilitate the transition of PAM services into ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with operational teams and conduct knowledge‑transfer activities.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and document resolutions.
• Manage integrations with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Required profile

• Eligible for BPSS security clearance.
• Commercial experience administering BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of BeyondTrust Password Safe, PRA or EPM.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Understanding of SAML, Single Sign‑On, Multi‑Factor Authentication and Role‑Based Access Control.
• Proven ability to support secure enterprise environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
