BI Product Lead

About the role

We are seeking a BI Product Lead to act as the bridge between complex data infrastructure and actionable business insights for a leading Lloyd's market insurer. You will own the full lifecycle of reporting solutions, driving standardisation, automation and continuous delivery of high‑impact business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a Centre of Excellence for BAU BI solutions, including regulatory, audit and finance close reporting.
• Standardise and automate operational data reporting across the business.
• Deliver customised reporting solutions and troubleshoot data issues.
• Collaborate with the Data Governance Lead on cross‑functional data initiatives.
• Log data quality issues, monitor performance and identify remediation opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure reporting product success.
• Manage diverse priorities, expectations and foster collaborative relationships with IT, Data and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience within the Lloyd's insurance market.
• Strong background in business analysis and product management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present BI reports at board level.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience delivering technical projects such as BI products, data migrations and cloud data warehouses.
