Data & Analytics Master Data Specialist

About the role

The International D&A and Master Data Specialist will ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of master data across commercial systems. You will work closely with Sales, IT and compliance teams to implement robust data governance and meet GDPR and other regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and integrity of master data across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement data‑management strategies that comply with GDPR and internal business needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives such as new consent‑collection approaches and system integrations.
• Create analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support decision‑making.
• Participate in the implementation of new Master Data Management (MDM) systems, supporting testing, training and data migration.
• Collaborate with various departments to align data, ensuring reliable master data for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent English with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
