Bid Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Bid Manager to lead our bids, win new business and shape our strategy. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver compelling proposals for both public and private sector opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define win themes and set the strategic direction for each bid before production begins.
• Own the full bid lifecycle—from opportunity qualification through submission, presentation and contract award.
• Make bid/no‑bid decisions, challenge scope when commercially unsound, and hold accountability for outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to create narratives that align with evaluator priorities and differentiate our offering.
• Manage bids across public sector frameworks and enterprise RFPs, ensuring compliance and commercial viability.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in bid management, preferably with public sector frameworks and enterprise RFPs.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Comfortable making strategic decisions and challenging scope when needed.
