About the role
Malt is looking for a Bid & Proposal Manager to join its London office and support the global sales and account teams. You will own the end‑to‑end response process for international tenders, ensuring proposals are compelling, compliant and aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full bid lifecycle for RFPs, from intake through submission, coordinating technical, legal and commercial inputs.
- Partner with sales, account managers and subject‑matter experts to define win themes and develop winning strategies.
- Implement a formal deal‑scoring methodology and facilitate bid/no‑bid decisions.
- Create and maintain a centralized “single source of truth” RFP content library covering offers, legal, security and data‑privacy information.
- Drive adoption of the internal MaltyAI RFP assistant to scale content delivery and improve efficiency.
- Track and analyse proposal data, win/loss rates and competitor activity to continuously improve success rates.
- Draft, edit and review high‑impact proposal content that showcases Malt’s commercial value.
Required profile
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate client priorities into winning proposals.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across sales, legal, IT and product teams.
- Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement.
