BIM Coordinator – Remote (UK)

About the role

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of a major UK development programme. Working remotely from the UK, you will ensure that building information models are geometrically coordinated and meet the client’s BIM requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s BIM requirements.
• Produce and maintain a BIM Execution Plan, including Federation Strategy, Responsibility Matrix and Mobilisation Plan.
• Define coordination tolerances and configure Autodesk Navisworks according to best practice.
• Perform model federation and clash detection (hard and soft clashes) using Autodesk Navisworks.
• Manage issues and clash detection workflows using Autodesk Forma.
• Generate clash detection reports and maintain relevant folders and packages on Autodesk Forma.
• Provide review and feedback to delivery teams on their task information.
